We are hiring highly qualified and motivated Marketing Coordinator for our entire Propellant Media team located in Atlanta, GA. Ideal candidates will possess strong client interaction, quickbooks invoicing abilities and organizational skills, event marketing, communication, and analytical skills. Marketing Coordinators will in essence act as our office manager, but also leverage some advertising and marketing skillsets. Primary activities include (but are not limited to): Fielding Calls at our office, Sending Out Invoicing and Following Up With Clients Regarding Invoicing, Developing & Creating Proposals & Presentations, Managing Quality Control At The Agency, Delegating Sales Leads To Inside Sales Team, Assisting With Particular Outreach Efforts (podcast opportunities, conference speaking opportunities for partners), Researching Potential Lead Opportunities For Outbound Sales Team

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Quickbooks to invoice clients on a daily basis
  • Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Filing and retrieving corporate marketing records, documents, and reports.
  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
  • Helping prepare for meetings.
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
  • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
  • Making travel arrangements for partners
  • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
  • Experience as a virtual assistant.
  • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Senior Inside Sales Director – Media Planner

Local media groups, multi-location brands, trade desks and local-focused networks leverage Propellant Media’s ability to customize audiences to local needs, and to deliver superior performance on high volumes of localized campaigns.

Propellant Media’s Sales Directors will be responsible for identifying, targeting and developing regional agency, advertiser, and network relationships while working from their home office. We offer a unique advertising solution called geofencing marketing (www.propellant.media/geo-fencing) that allows for companies to reach their prospective buyers in precise areas. It has been part of the crux that has fueled the growth within our firm and many companies, non profits, and enterprises are adopting the use of programmatic display advertising and geofencing to gain more exposure.

Approximately 75% of the sales focus will be on new business generation while the other 25% will be on developing and growing accounts or migrating them from a trial to full usage. A healthy flow of inbound leads exists.

Training is provided in Atlanta, GA and virtually for approximately 3-5 days to demo technologies and experience capabilities and limitations first hand. In addition, meeting with the Client Services Organization and other specific training on the sales deck will take place.

Google Adwords/Paid Search Analyst – Open Position

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

  • Perform daily account management and of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
